Advanced Tanning Solutions Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received.  All our in-stock products ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
  • Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is determined based on order contents, destination, and any shipping regulations.

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk of Loss

All shipments include carrier tracking.

Lost/Stolen/Wrong Address

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the shipping carrier’s hands.  Please make sure your address is correct prior to placing your order.  

Advanced Tanning Solutions does not issue refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or wrong address after confirmed delivery.

Once a packaged is marked “Delivered” by the carrier — including delivery confirmation such as photo verification or GPS scan — responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

If you have concerns about package security, we strongly recommend:

  • Selecting Shipping Protection at checkout

  • Requesting Signature Confirmation

  • Shipping to a staffed business address

  • Requesting carrier hold for pickup

Shipping Protection (Optional)

Shipping Protection may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.

When Shipping Protection is selected, Advanced Tanning Solutions will assist in resolving verified claims involving loss, theft, or carrier non-delivery, subject to claim verification requirements.

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of marked delivery.

Advanced Tanning Solutions reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Was the address correct?

  • Photos of the delivery location

  • Carrier claim documentation

  • Police report for high-value orders (if applicable)

When filing a claim: 

  • Email info@advancedtanningsolutions.com

  • In the email subject line, write “Shipping Insurance Claim Order #xxxx” and include the order #.

  • We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Protection covers only the original shipment and does not cover replacement shipments.

Signature Confirmation

Advanced Tanning Solutions reserves the right to require signature confirmation on high-value orders.

Orders exceeding a specified value may automatically require signature upon delivery to protect both the customer and the company.

If a customer requests removal of signature requirement, responsibility for delivery transfers upon carrier confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to pick up

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Original shipping charges

  • Reshipment costs

If a package has already been shipped, we can attempt to intercept it and have it rerouted to the correct address.  The charge for this service is $15.95, which is what the carrier charges us to reroute a package.

Carrier Delays

Advanced Tanning Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Hazmat transport regulations

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we ask that you:

  1. Photograph the packaging and contents immediately.

  2. Retain all packaging materials.

  3. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Lost Packages (In Transit)

If tracking does not show delivery and appears stalled:

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will initiate a carrier trace or claim as appropriate.

Carrier investigations may take 7–14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Advanced Tanning Solutions’ liability for any shipment shall not exceed the purchase price of the products ordered.

We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delivery issues.
