Problem with your order? We are here to help.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our chemical products, the following return guidelines apply.
7-Day Return Period
We will gladly refund or credit your purchase within 7 days from the date your merchandise was received.
Exceptions – Returns are not allowed for the following:

Products sold in 30 gallon and 55 gallon drums

Custom products specially blended
-
Products that have been opened and/or used
-
Products that are not in their original condition or have been altered

Gift cards
Due to safety and contamination concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened chemical products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and contents.

Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will arrange replacement or resolution as appropriate. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, please contact us: info@advancedtanningsolutions.com or 303-444-1470 within 7 days of receipt of the product and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please do not return items without receiving written approval and return instructions.Unauthorized returns may be denied.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was damaged in transit

The incorrect item was shipped
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For refused shipments or undeliverable packages, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% or $7.50 restocking fee (whichever is greater) to cover handling and processing costs. These fees apply unless the fee is prohibited by law.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only (excluding shipping and restocking).
Performance & Application Responsibility
Because tanning results depend on proper hide preparation, handling, environmental conditions, and user application, we cannot guarantee results when products are used outside of provided instructions.
We are not responsible for tanning outcomes resulting from improper use, contamination, freezing, overheating, or deviations from instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Advanced Tanning Solutions’ liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to product use.
